一、 Product process control process:
1. Raw material control
In our region, we have many raw material steel plant suppliers, and we maintain good relationships with them. We have a large and stable
procurement volume from them, and strictly follow the material and standard requirements specified by the customer to purchase round steel that meets the requirements from the steel plant/material supplier for forging;
2. We will classify different materials and specifications, and if necessary, conduct third-party laboratory tests to compare the materials. We have a physical and chemical laboratory for the materials;
3. After forging, if necessary, non-destructive testing should be carried out, and corresponding heat treatment should be carried out after rough machining, such as normalizing, quenching and tempering, nitriding, etc. (based on the customer's drawing parameters or technical requirements), strictly controlled within the customer's drawing requirements;
4. Strict process control is carried out for machining/machining centers/gear processing, and full inspection work is carried out during final inspection according to frequency or customer requirements, all of which are subject to customer technical requirements;
5. Surface treatment: various surface treatment methods such as galvanizing, Dacromet, blackening, etc;
